Terms of sale

1. Seller

Tickets and VIP tables are sold by Lion Event (the "Seller"), Helsinki, Finland. Contact details are on the contact page.

2. Reservations and payment

A reservation is held for the time shown at checkout. Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN given in your confirmation, using the reference number. The order is confirmed when we have received the payment. Unpaid reservations are released automatically.

3. Tickets

After payment you receive e-tickets with a personal QR code by email. Each code admits the number of persons stated on it and can be used once. Do not share your code publicly; a copied code may be refused at the door.

4. VIP tables

A VIP table is reserved for the event night for up to the stated number of guests and includes the services described for that table. Where stated, a table is booked together with a bottle.

5. Changes and refunds

Tickets and tables for events held on a specific date are not refundable, as the right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act does not apply to such leisure services. If the event is cancelled, we refund the amount paid. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date.

6. Venue rules

Venue house rules and age limits apply. The venue and the Seller may refuse entry to anyone who does not meet them, without refund.
